I don't use sugars of any kind in my tea, so I imagine if you do add sugar(s), you will be very satisfied with the flavor profile. Nice tea with plain bags, my wife and I are enjoying this tea.

The apple spice tea is really good, I love the clean ingredients and that it includes mushrooms with a mix of rich polyphenol green teas including matcha with a wonderful apple scent and flavor of apple spice. The apple spice flavoring is mild to me. Even though this tea isn't bursting with flavor to my taste buds, it's easy to swallow and feels soothing. I do actually feel a little more alert after drinking it. It does have caffeine in it. Judging by the color chart on the bag, I'm guessing it's less caffeine than a dark roast coffee. This tea tastes good enough, has somewhat of an effect and it's made in the U.S.A.

This tea successfully replaced my morning coffee. It's the perfect pick me up first thing in the morning. I really like the flavor as well. It is mild and smooth with just the right amount of apple flavor. I premade it and then chilled it, and it was excellent as iced tea. I am very pleased with the ingredients included. This one though does contain a number of supplements I use or have used already, mostly for weightlifting.
