I'm a daily coffee drinker and I still have morning fog more often than not. I'm not exaggerating when I say that when I drink this tea the fog is GONE. Most recently I had a poor night's sleep and got only 4 hours of sleep. I made a cup of this and within 20 minutes I felt clear headed, and able to focus. I really enjoy the apple spice flavor. Tasty and very popular in the office!

I share a lot of teas with colleagues at work. Some are hits and some are not. This one is a hit! It has a noticeable, pleasant spicy smell while brewing that permeates my whole office space, visitors sometimes comment on how good it smells in there. It takes about 3-4 minutes to brew to my taste. I use about 8 oz of water. There is no sugar in it unless you add it, so it can be friendly to a lot of users. It's not a cheap tea, but it brews up nicely, tastes good, and is a fantastic mid-afternoon pick-me-up to get through the rest of the work day. The elevation of energy is a lot more subtle than with coffee, and doesn't produce jitters.

Stands On Its Own

For myself, health teas fall into two categories. Teas that can be drunk on their own and teas that require some cover (typically from a strong black tea). This Apple Spice label implies that the tea can stand on its own. I can say that it can. No need for blending here. I get a nice flavor profile from this tea. I don't use sugars of any kind in my tea, so I imagine if you do add sugar(s), you will be very satisfied with the flavor profile. Nice tea with plain bags, my wife and I are enjoying this tea.

Polyphenol rich with a light apple spice

The apple spice tea is really good, I love the clean ingredients and that it includes mushrooms with a mix of rich polyphenol green teas including matcha with a wonderful apple scent and flavor of apple spice. The apple spice flavoring is mild to me. Even though this tea isn't bursting with flavor to my taste buds, it's easy to swallow and feels soothing. I do actually feel a little more alert after drinking it. It does have caffeine in it. Judging by the color chart on the bag, I'm guessing it's less caffeine than a dark roast coffee. This tea tastes good enough, has somewhat of an effect and it's made in the U.S.A.

I have to admit I was more than a bit skeptical when ordering this. But I'm actually surprised. It works pretty well. I do notice a difference in performance in my workouts. It feels like this increases blood flow which helps my stamina. The instructions say to take this 1 hour before your workout. I found that the benefits start about 20 mins after drinking, and peak at about the one hour point. Each envelope of mix gets stirred into 12 oz of water. It actually tastes good as well, which was another surprise.

I normally wouldn't go for this type of "man" branded product. It screams of pseudoscience to me. This one though does contain a number of supplements I use or have used already, mostly for weightlifting. It tastes surprisingly good, though it does froth up quite a bit in the blender so I have to let it sit for a few minutes before drinking. I find it gives me some energy boost, a bit of a mood boost, and gives me a bit of an extra boost on date-nights, which I assume is the intended usage for this type of product. I generally don't comment on the efficacy or usefulness of supplements, but I do notice a bit of a pick me up on the days I use this product. There are a number of different ingredients with the dosage, making it easier to research and decide if you'd like to give it a try. It does translate as "tropical" flavor, I detect a strong coconut undertone to the flavor, which usually I don't like but this is not bad in my opinion. This is a product I would consider ordering again.
